Long term scan, which is transferred to a microSD card, is impossible to use. I am unable to review the scans, or print them out. The instruction manual for the software is horrible. Twice now I have receive thing shipped my you trough USPS and they take much to long, when Tiger Direct ships something I usually have it the next day. Unless you start shipping USPS I probably will get my things from another vendor.
