Hi All, I am debugging an excel application and need help. Problem description: we are running office 2003, and when ever we open excel it prompts for installation source ( source is on the network drive ) and even though we point to the right source it doesnt accepts. Question: why does every time excel prompts for the source file? Either it might be problem with a) user profile corruption b) msi cache problem I had collected msi logging and here is the output MSI (s) (10:5C) [17:11:58:015]: Warning: The package code in the cached package 'C: WINNT Installer 41cd72f.msi' does not match the registered package code. Cached package will be ignored. MSI (s) (10:5C) [17:11:58:484]: SOURCEMGMT: Source is invalid due to client source our of sync (product code is the same).

The above 2 are the suspicious events which i see in msi logs. Please assist.

When I click to open Excel, a Windows Installer window opens to advise Preparing to Install.then Waiting to configure M/soft Office Prof. It then advises that 'failed to locate, perhaps moved, renamed or removed etc. Feb 25, 2019  Where can I download pro11.msi?
